We offer a comprehensive, FREE delivery service for all of the garage doors we supply. Our FREE delivery service is available for all UK postcodes with the exception of addresses located in Scotland, Ireland and the Channel Islands.
If you require a product to be shipped outside of mainland UK, we can deliver your garage door to a shipping agent, logistics company or port of your choice. You can also upgrade the packaging to include a crate for the garage door and its components to ensure it arrives undamaged.
Our garage doors are normally delivered within a 2-3 week period from the date of order. If faster delivery is required, please contact us as we may be able to request your order to be fast tracked.
Please bear this in mind when ordering to avoid disappointment.
During the week of your expected delivery date, we will send you an email to confirm the door has been dispatched. The driver will then contact you up to 24 hours prior to delivery to organise the exact day and to give an approximate expected time of arrival.
Please note that our deliveries are single manned and therefore will require assistance offloading the doors.
Suitable access should be available as delivery wagons are often large and require space to turn. Should access be restricted, please let us know at the time of ordering as alternative arrangements may have to be made.
Our insulated roller garage doors and roller shutter doors will be supplied bubble wrapped to prevent damage. Please store roller door parts on a suitable flat surface, possibly the floor of your garage or somewhere safe where no one is likely to knock them over or stand on them.
Please bear in mind that putting the door on an uneven surface may cause damage to the structure or the paintwork of the door.
